# Export a procedure's attachments

> Download a procedure's files and step assets as one archive instead of saving them one at a time.

## Export attachments

1. Open the procedure and click **Export attachments** in its **More options** menu.
2. In **Export attachments**, choose what to include. Both are checked by default:
   * **Attachments**, the files attached to the procedure and its steps.
   * **Assets**, the images and PDFs on the procedure's steps.
3. Click **Export**. ION emails you a download link when the archive is ready.

The action is available at any procedure status.
