MbomChangeOrderLineDiff
One differing build requirement of an mBOM change scope. A row is keyed by the target’s part within its line. initialState is the requirement as it stood when the diff ran, and the drift baseline; finalState is the requirement as the apply left it, null until then and null where the apply left no requirement. The target side is read live through mbomItemId.
