The Data Connector is a read-only SQL analytics layer that mirrors your operational data, making the same data ION runs on queryable from any BI tool (such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Sigma) or downstream warehouse. You can tie ION data together with ERP, timekeeping, or other systems and run advanced analyses without going through the application UI. ION org admins can set up and manage the Data Connector from Settings > Analytics > Data Connector. When you complete onboarding, you’re automatically given admin access in the connector, which lets you add users, reset passwords, and provision BI service users for your team without filing a support request. Select Data Connector in the sidebar to set up and manage your connection. What’s in the replica

The connector exposes three tiers of tables: raw (a near 1:1 replica of each ION entity), cleaned (the same entities with cleanup applied, suffixed _enriched), and computed Data Products that pre-join and aggregate common views.
