Deactivating a user revokes their ability to log in to ION. Their account, activity history, and any records they created are preserved.

Deactivate a user

  1. In ION, go to Settings > Builders.
  2. On the user’s row, click the actions menu (three dots).
  3. Click Deactivate User.
The user can no longer log in. They remain visible in the Builders list with a deactivated status.

Reactivate a user

  1. In ION, go to Settings > Builders.
  2. On the user’s row, click the actions menu (three dots).
  3. Click Activate User. The user can log in again and their status changes to active in the Builders list.
