Set the date format

The date format setting controls how dates appear throughout ION for all users in your org. Choose from a predefined format or enter a custom one.

In ION, go to Settings > Organization > Date Time.
In the Date Format field, either:
- Type a custom format string (for example, YYYY-MM-DD).
- Open the dropdown to select a predefined format.
Check the Preview section to confirm today’s date appears in the selected format.
