Chat support
Reach the ION support team from the chat bubble inside your ION environment.
To access chat support, click the chat bubble icon at the bottom right of your ION environment.
If you don’t see the bubble, an ad-blocker may be hiding it. Disable your ad-blocker and it will appear.
