Scrap from the inventory page

On the Inventories page, edit the Scrap Quantity column for the record. This column is hidden by default. To show it, open the column toggles and turn on Scrap Quantity first.
  • Marking the entire quantity as scrapped changes the line’s status to Scrapped.
  • Marking part of the quantity as scrapped splits the record, creating a new line for the scrapped quantity.

Scrap with the Adjust action

On the Inventories page, open the row’s Actions menu and select Adjust. Enter the amount in the Quantity to Scrap field, then submit.

Scrap on uninstall

When you know inventory will be scrapped as you remove it, scrap it as you uninstall: select the quantity to uninstall, check Scrap item, and submit.
