Export a run

Export run data from an individual run using the More options menu in the run header. ION emails you a zip file containing the export.
  1. Open the run.
  2. Click the More options menu in the run header, then click Export.
  3. In the Export Run dialog, choose what to include. Both are off by default and independent of each other:
    • Include file attachments
    • Include assets
  4. Click Export. ION emails you a zip file when it’s ready.

Export multiple runs to CSV

To export a set of runs at once, use the Runs page in Table view:
  1. Select the runs to export.
  2. Click Export in the toolbar.
  3. ION downloads a CSV with a row per run, covering identity, status, part, procedure, quantity, progress, assignment, schedule, and batch.
